Coordinating an event
The event coordinator makes sure everything goes smoothly. They don't need to do everything themselves but just ensure that things are taken care of and/or ping other people about it.
It's a lot of very small interrupt-driven tasks during ~3 months.
Event coordinators are what makes those events possible.
